Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our commitment to safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for our lash cluster sets.

Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the premium quality of our lashes, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right! Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will evaluate the issue and issue a replacement immediately.
